As you already know from information we sent out in July we are hosting a “Leaders Training Weekend” from 20 to 22 March 2020 in Northern Ireland at the beautiful Drumalis Retreat Center, 47 Glenarm Road, Larne, County Antrim, BT40 1DT Northern

The weekend is aimed at

• Senior leaders, both men and women in training
• Coordinators in training, current coordinators and SWL also welcome and encouraged
• Younger leaders with the potential to become senior leaders in future.

The theme for this weekend will be “Upholding our way of life”. Our main topics will mainly come from unit 5 of the “Senior Leaders Course” which is a required part of our SOS training for any senior leader. There will be other content included that has been suggested by those who are responsible for leadership training in our local communities. We also plan for bible

study, extended prayer time, workshops, Lord’s Day and fellowship. Our hope is to send all of your leaders home with a stronger conviction and a deeper vision for the beauty of our life together and the God-givenness of our call.

As a result of our July inquiries we expect that around 50 brothers and sisters will be present, mostly from the UK and Ireland, however places are still available for more participants from across the zone.

The weekend will start Friday evening at 7.30pm (dinner available at 6pm on request at an additional £10pp) and ends on Sunday after lunch. Costs for the weekend, including meals, will be £135 per person.
