About the Event
As you would expect, Easter, the feast of the resurection of Jesus Christ, was very quickly established as a major celebration in the early church. Easter was a time for baptism for new believers, and a season of preparation for baptism was gradually established.
In these days there are many ways we can engage with this time, but our objectives are always to make Christ, and his love, more present in our own lives, and Christ more present to the world around us.

The Eastern, or Orthodox Church, will be marking Lent and Easter about 4 weeks later due to how the different calendars work!
